Cheese lovers, this one’s for YOU!  One ingredient. Under 15 minutes. ALL the cheesy perfection you could ever want. This one is so much fun to make!

How to Make Keto/Low-Carb Taco Shells:

Preheat your oven to a toasty 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper—because nobody likes sticky situations. Grab 1/3 cup scoops of shredded cheese and spread them into 4-5 inch circles on the sheet, making sure to leave a little space between each one. Cheese loves to spread out when it gets hot, so give it some room! Pop them in the oven for 5 minutes, then give the sheet a quick spin (yep, rotate it!) and bake for another 3-5 minutes until the edges turn golden and crispy.

Once they’re out of the oven, let the cheesy circles chill out for a few minutes before gently peeling them off the parchment—patience equals crispy success! Now comes the fun part—shaping! Drape each circle over a wooden spoon balanced between two cups and let gravity work its magic. Before you know it, you’ve got taco shells! 🌮✨ Load them up with your favorite toppings—think guac, salsa, or even more cheese—and get ready for the crunchiest taco experience ever.

Notes

  • You don’t need a wooden spoon. Really just a similar setup where the cheese can hang forming the taco shape. Maybe draped over a spatula balanced between two cookie jars.
