Ingredients

  • 1 Cup 1 Any pancake mix (and required ingredients as directed for mix)

  • 2 tbsp 2 Cooking spray (or 2 tbsp butter)

  • Powdered Sugar (to taste)

  • Any desired toppings

Directions

  • Mix & Whisk: Prepare your pancake batter as directed.
  • Sizzle & Spread: Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and melt 2 tbsp of butter (or use cooking spray) to prepare the pan. Pour in the batter (about 1 cup).
  • Scramble: Once the edges set (2-3 minutes), gently scramble the batter into fluffy chunks as it cooks. Stir and flip until golden brown (5-6 minutes).
  • Repeat & Keep Warm: Remove from the skillet, keep warm, and repeat with the remaining batter.
