We took ours up a notch with a Sea Salt Caramel Hot Chocolate mix for that irresistible balance of sweet and salty, but the beauty of this recipe is that it’s totally customizable.
How to Make This Awesome Dip:
This dip itself is SO EASY! Empty a thawed 8oz container of Cool Whip, a 7oz jar of Jet-Puffed Marshmallow Creme, and three packets of your favorite hot chocolate. We went for a Sea Salt Carmel to get our sweet and salty fix, but to each their own. Blend these 3 ingredients with a hand mixer in a medium size bowl until creamy. That’s it!
You can adjust the recipe multiple ways too. Want it thicker? Add extra marshmallow crème. Prefer a stronger marshmallow flavor? Use less hot chocolate mix. The best part? The decorating possibilities are endless! For example, I enjoy setting my deserts on fire, so I toasted extra marshmallows on top with my kitchen torch for a campfire vibe. Try tossing in Teddy Grahams for a “hot tub” effect, or get creative with graham crackers, cookies, or even pretzels for dipping.
